I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa with 9 years of experience. I received my Bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame in psychology and then my Master’s in Community Mental Health Counselor from Creighton University. I specialize in trauma, but ultimately tailor my approach based on the individual needs of my clients.
