Victoria Tracy

Welcome and so glad you are here today. I am a dually licensed Mental Health and Addictions therapist in the State of Nebraska. I have decades of experience in the human services field working with people who are sure there is more to life than struggle, heartache, pain, and frustration. My approach to therapy is strength-based, person-centered, and solution-focused. I have a strong background in Acceptance and Commitment therapy but work from a plethora of strategies to help my clients find what works best for them as they move towards their goals.
