Austin Matthews

I am a social worker from Louisiana, but I work with clients on BetterHelp in both Louisiana and Florida. My primary background is in harm reduction around addiction and drug use, youth services, and sexual health; however, I work with any clients who deal with depression, anxiety, learning disabilities, grief, or major life changes (‘everyone’ for a better term).
I am a warm and gregarious person by nature. It should be no surprise that my therapy style is typically based on old-school person-centered therapy.
