I have experience in helping adults, teens and families manage stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My experience was gained through working with an Agency providing In-home individual services with adults and teens for approximately 3 years. I transitioned to working in a Partial Hospitalization Program designed to treat severe mental health disorders.
