I have worked with adults, children, seniors, adolescents and families with a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, family discord, mood regulation, attention and focus, and anger. I have worked with individuals and families that have been impacted by their current and past traumatic experiences. I try to focus a person’s strengths and provide a client centered approach.
