Jennifer Stekol

I am a licensed clinical social worker, working in the state of Florida for over five years. I am available in all Florida counties but Pinellas. I provide individual, couples and family therapy. My experience includes relationship and communication issues and assist with unbalanced family dynamics. I have extensive knowledge of trauma and how it can effect coping skills related to depression and anxiety and alter your window of tolerance. I used cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and use a client centered approach when I meet with clients.
