I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with clients who struggle with stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship difficulties, self esteem, and confidence issues. In the past I have worked in a variety of settings, for example, I have lead groups in an substance use in-patient treatment facility, worked in a high school setting as a mental health counselor, and worked for myself in a private practice setting.
