Healing and discovery starts from wherever you are! I believe that therapy is about the discovery of possibilities, of alternatives, about thinking better of one’s self! It may include revisiting the past, healing wounds, or finding strengths that you didn’t know you had! It may be about finding purpose, finding your way, making things better, discovering hope, or feeling heard! It can be about knowing that you have a place in this world, or discovering that you’re ‘good enough’—just as you are!
