Rachel McKenzie

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a LPC in Connecticut with three years of experience (one year+ licensed) treating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, bipolar disorders, and some personality disorders. I am also now licensed in Maine as an LCPC as of 12/13/21. My therapy style is mindful and person-centered. I want therapy to feel as if it is a genuine conversation. I believe in treating people with respect and having compassion/empathy.
