A cornerstone of my treatment style focuses on strengths as a source for growth and healing. I believe that we all have innate qualities, strengths and abilities that can help guide us through difficult times and move to a more peaceful place in life.I do not want to learn only about the problems, but about the unique person because that is often where the best solutions lie. Anxiety, depression and trauma can be very overwhelming and interfere with the full potential of life. I often teach relaxation skills such as breathing techniques and guided visualization.
