I enjoy walking with clients on their journey to improved mental and emotional health. Most of us spend our lifetimes trying to understand and grasp the ideas that lead to more happiness and better well-being. It is still an honor, even after 30 years of practice, to be chosen to accompany people on that path. I most enjoy issues related to phases of life, work (such as burnout, job stress, or career changes), and maintaining recovery from addiction. But, being in the business for a while means I’ve worked with people on all sorts of goals.
