I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Alabama with fourteen years of experience working as a counselor for a wide range of concerns. I have worked with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, child related specific issues, relationship issues, couple issues, parenting problems, and many other issues. I have helped many individuals who have experienced trauma. I always approach every individual and situation from a trauma informed lens when counseling. My counseling style is warm and engaging.
