I am a sunny optimist and enthusiastic morning person. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, even when the light seems far, far away. I can work with you so you can see it too. Counseling can be daunting. Especially if we have been holding on to something for a while. Reaching out for support takes courage. I am truly glad you are here.
